Supervision details
My supervision work is primarily aimed at therapists who are newly qualified or in the earlier stages of their practice. However, I also welcome interest from more experienced practitioners who are drawn to my way of working and feel we might be a good fit.
My clinical background spans work with both adults and children, many of whom have experienced trauma, anxiety, relational difficulties, and behavioural challenges. A significant part of my work involves supporting adopted children and their families, often presenting with complex developmental trauma. I am integrative, using a trauma- and attachment-based approach. I draw on a blend of person-centred, psychodynamic, inner child work, EMDR, and hypnotherapy — always applied flexibly and responsively to meet the unique needs of each client, and by extension, each supervisee.
With lived experience of ADHD and personal experience of autism, I bring a neurodiversity-affirming perspective to supervision. I understand the unique ways neurodivergence can shape both our inner world and our professional identity, and I welcome supervisees who identify as neurodivergent or who work closely with neurodivergent clients.
I am currently completing my formal supervision training and am offering low-cost supervision while I accrue my training hours. The first full session is free, followed by sessions at £40 until qualification.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Stockton-on-Tees or online, with appointments offered on weekdays between 10am and 3pm (some flexibility available).
If you're looking for a supervisor who brings warmth, clinical depth, and a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach — I’d love to hear from you
