Supervision details
Welcome
Whether you’re newly qualified, in training or years into your journey as a therapist, supervision is an essential and important part of practice. It can be a space to feel held, challenged with care and reconnected to the heart of your work. I’m glad you’ve found your way here.
My Approach
Using the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, I offer relational supervision grounded in the belief that we grow best in spaces where we feel safe, respected and seen. Supervision with me is a co-created process where your intuition, identity and therapeutic wisdom are valued and explored. Together we’ll look at the dynamics within your client work, your relationship to the profession and how your personal and political realities meet your practice.
There is room for you here: your questions, your uncertainties, your joy, your fatigue. Supervision is not about getting it 'right' but about staying connected to yourself and your integrity as a therapist.
A Place to Unmask
I understand that for many neurodivergent therapists, supervision can feel like another place where you need to perform. I strive to offer a space where that pressure can ease. Our work together can include adapting how we communicate, being explicit about expectations and checking in about what you need to feel grounded and safe. You’re welcome to show up as you are.
Inclusivity & Cultural Competence
Inclusivity and understanding are at the heart of my practice. I welcome supervisees from all backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. I recognise that cultural competency is essential for meaningful supervision and I welcome your questions to ensure I’m the right fit for you.
Feeds & Availability
I offer supervision online or in person from my practice in Kendal. Sessions are available at £50 for 60 minutes or £75 for 90 minutes. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or to arrange an initial conversation.
Warmly
Hannah

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
