Supervision details

With over 9 years of clinical experience, working across inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as independent practice, I have developed keen clinical skills which help in supervision. I offer online clinical supervision from a systemic lens, although I also focus on other modalities. I particularly enjoy working with other psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists who have challenging cases, and believe that working collaboratively is important.

Supervision will entail not only looking at clinical work, but will also take into consideration the impact that your work is having on you, and how you impact your clients. It will include reflection on clinical skills, and practical implementation in the therapy session.

Although my focus in my own practice is around trauma and abuse, I have significant experience working with a broad range of clinical presentations across the lifespan, and feel confident in offering appropriate clinical supervision across contexts.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
