Supervision details
I am COSRT accredited and UKCP registered. I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and helping professionals who want a reflective, collaborative relationship that strengthens both confidence and competence.
Whether you are newly qualified, experienced, building a private practice, or working with complex client presentations, supervision can help you stay grounded, ethical and effective.
Supervisees often value my warm, down-to-earth approach and my ability to make complex dynamics easier to understand.
I aim to create a supervision space where you can bring the full picture:
Clinical dilemmas
Risk and safeguarding concerns
Ethical decision-making
Relational dynamics and transference
Burnout, overwhelm or self-doubt
Shame or stuckness in the therapist role
Private practice growth and boundaries
Identity, confidence and professional development
I believe good supervision should feel both containing and energising.

Sessions
Supervision is available online / in person (edit as applicable).
Frequency can be arranged to suit your caseload, modality requirements and professional body guidance.
Therapists spend so much time holding others. Supervision should be somewhere you are also held — while still being helped to grow.
If you’re looking for a supervisor who is warm, insightful, engaged and grounded, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
