Supervision details
My therapeutic background is rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA), and I continue to develop my practice through ongoing CPD across a broad range of areas. I work integratively with adults, with a focus on young adults (typically aged 13–25), as well as families who require support in navigating the challenges of adolescence.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to clients presenting with a wide range of difficulties. My experience includes working with stress, depression, attachment issues, abuse, trauma, self-harm, eating disorders, eating dysregulation, grief, anxiety and low self esteem.
As a qualified Supervisor, I offer a professional, empathic, integrative, and collaborative approach. My aim is to provide a supportive and reflective space where trainees can explore their client work with confidence, curiosity, and care whilst feeling supported and held.
