Supervision details

I believe supervision works best when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. As a queer, non-binary clinical supervisor, I offer a warm, affirming space where you can reflect openly, develop your confidence, and explore both the rewards and challenges of therapeutic work.

My approach combines a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a Clinical Supervision Certificate from a Psychodynamic lens. I value the way these perspectives complement each other: CBT brings structure, formulation, and practical tools, while psychodynamic thinking encourages deeper reflection on relationships, unconscious processes, and the therapeutic use of self. Together, they create a flexible, blended approach that can be tailored to your needs and the work you do.

I welcome therapists at all stages of their careers and am committed to creating an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming supervision space where you feel supported, thoughtfully challenged, and able to grow both personally and professionally.
