Supervision details
I offer clinical supervision grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence‑based practice. I draw on my experience across the NHS, CAMHS, eating disorder services, Health & Justice, and Talking Therapies/IAPT, where I have supported practitioners working with a wide range of presentations, including trauma, neurodiversity, and complex mental health needs.
As a BABCP‑accredited psychotherapist trained in CBT, DBT, Mentalisation‑Based Therapy, EMDR, and ADOS assessment, I bring a flexible and integrative perspective to supervision. My aim is to create a reflective, supportive space where supervisees can develop confidence, clinical skill, and professional identity while maintaining safe, ethical practice.
I have supervised both qualified clinicians and trainees, offering guidance on case formulation, risk management, therapeutic interventions, and professional development. I value openness, curiosity, and shared learning, and I tailor supervision to each practitioner’s experience level, modality, and goals.
Whether you are looking for ongoing supervision, support with complex cases, or a space to grow your therapeutic practice, I offer a warm, structured, and collaborative approach to help you feel confident and supported in your work.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
