Supervision details
I offer clinical supervision grounded in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), with a warm, accessible approach that welcomes clinicians from all backgrounds. Whether you come from psychodynamic, attachment-informed, or IFS traditions, you'll find a supervision space that values emotional attunement, unconscious processes, and clinical precision.
Together, we'll explore your cases in a way that helps you sharpen your clinical focus, deepen the therapeutic alliance, and become more effective in working with complex, stuck, or highly defended clients. You don’t need to be trained in ISTDP or know anything about it - just curious! Supervision can include 'deliberate practice' elements like video review and role-plays if that interests you, or a more traditional supervision format - whatever works best for you.
It's a model that has really enabled me to unlock my potential as a therapist and I’d love to support your development.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
