Supervision details
I am an experienced CBT Therapist and Couples Counsellor who works in private practice. I have undergone Supervision training, gained the COSCA Counselling Supervision Certificate and have worked with counsellors of various modalities. I offer supervision in-person in East Renfrewshire and South Lanarkshire or online via Zoom.
As you are aware, supervision is a vital part of sustaining a safe, effective and ethical practice. I aim to provide a supervision space where you will have opportunities to reflect in depth on your practice, gain support for your professional development and be able to explore any ethical dilemmas or challenges that arise.
I charge £60 per hour or £90 for 1.5 hours of supervision. I am happy to offer a free, 20 minute online chat before you book your first supervision session to ensure that we both feel we can work together. If you have any questions or would like to meet, please feel free to get in touch.
COSCA is the professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland, and seeks to advance all forms of counselling and psychotherapy and the use of counselling skills by promoting best practice and through the delivery of a range of sustainable services. COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC. It is a requirement of all individual and organisational members of COSCA to abide by its Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice and be accountable to the Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
