Supervision details
My Person-Centered ethos carries across into my Supervisory practice. I embody the values of empathy, acceptance, and honesty, alongside Hawkins and Shohet's (2012) 7 Eyed Model.
I chose the 7 Eyed Model due to the vastness of the human experience, and consequently the complexity when those experiences are shared between living souls in our ever changing realities.
For reference: the 7 Eyed Model chooses to view:
- Self Interpretation
- Interpretation of the Client
- View of the Relationship
- External Influences
- Supervisors Perception
- Systemic Influence
- The Role of Time
All of which, I view as essential for supporting my Supervisee's to act in the best interest of their Client's.
I work flexibly online or over the phone, during 60-90 minute long sessions. These can be weekly, fortnightly, once a month, or as and when required.
Trainee 1hr is £45 or £60 for 1hr30.
Standard is £50 for 1hr or £65 for 1hr30.
I work to be informative and restorative. Looking after you, means you can look after them; so let's find out what's going on.
