Supervision details

I provide regular supervision (min. monthly) for 60-90 minutes. I am integrative/Humanistic but can work with a variety of modalities. My approach is collaborative and chatty - sessions are not just you presenting a client and me critiquing your work. Instead, I like to work holistically, covering the work from different angles, including your own issues/triggers/experiences that you bring to the counselling.

I prefer to work regularly and build up a supervisory relationship but can offer ad-hoc mentoring, especially around neurodivergent client-work.

My specialism is autism and ADHD (I am AuDHD myself) and have a lot of experience with chronic illness (in myself and others). I am LGBTQ+ and trans affirming.

I am qualified to CPCAB Level 6 certificate in therapeutic counselling supervision.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I have access to fully wheelchair accessible premises, to be booked in advance. Please inform me if that is required. I can also work on Zoom.
