Supervision details
The foundation of good supervision is the relationship built between supervisor and supervisee. I aim for supervisees to come away from a session feeling encouraged, cared for and hopefully having had a few good laughs too.
My belief is that supervision is a continuous learning experience for both the supervisee and the supervisor; working together to reach the best outcomes for your clients.
Recognising that supervisees support needs differ depending on the stage of their counselling/therapeutic career, I offer support, learning opportunities and gentle guidance to best suit your needs and the way you work,
Always empathetic, I use the seven-eye model to provide an extra pair of eyes and ears for you to draw on. I aim to be your cheerleader and a voice of reason.
