Choosing a supervisor can be daunting, so I offer an initial phone consultation to answer any questions you may have about supervision before booking.

Who do I work with?

I have experience working with young people and adults and specialise in issues such as anxiety, family issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem, social anxiety and trauma.

What is my experience?

Since training in Humanistic Psychotherapy at Brighton University, I have delivered counselling to staff at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, staff and pupils at Roedean School and ran a counselling service at The Foyer, which offers supported housing for young people.

I offer clinical supervision for counsellors in Brighton or online. Supervision can be arranged fortnightly or as monthly sessions. I am an accredited member of the BACP and hold a certificate in Clinical Supervision from the Manchester Institute for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
