Counselling Supervision
Hello and welcome to my supervision page. Offering both in person and online supervision.
I offer both creative and clinical supervision for counsellors and helping professionals, providing a supportive, reflective and collaborative space for your professional growth and wellbeing.
My areas of experience include:
Children and young people
School-based counselling
Trauma and trauma-informed practice.
Counselling and CBT approaches
Adult therapy private practice
I have worked with children and young people for over 11 years, both privately and as a Lead Counsellor within schools. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the unique challenges, ethical considerations and emotional demands involved in therapeutic work with young people. I have run a full time private practice for over 5 years supporting Adults and young people.
My supervision offers a non-shaming, restorative space where all aspects of your work can be explored — from clinical process and client relationships through to ethical practice, professional standards and personal development.
Together we can reflect on:
Your therapeutic process
Client dynamics and relational patterns
Ethical practice and safeguarding
Skill development and confidence
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed in the work
Your own emotional responses within the therapeutic relationship
I am an anti-oppressive trained supervisor and aim to create a space where cultural diversity, difference and identity are welcomed, respected and openly explored. I warmly invite reflective conversations around power, privilege, culture and lived experience within the therapeutic process.
Where appropriate, I also incorporate creativity into supervision for supervisees who wish to work in this way. Creative approaches can support deeper reflection, insight and understanding, particularly when words feel difficult or when you feel stuck within client work.
I begin with an informal introductory call so we can get to know one another and explore whether I am the right supervisor for you and your practice.
I look forward to supporting you in your work

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
