Supervision details
I offer integrative clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees seeking a reflective, containing and development-focused supervisory space. My approach supports therapists working with complexity, relational depth and emotionally demanding client work, while also prioritising the wellbeing and sustainability of the practitioner.
Supervision with me is collaborative and grounded in thoughtful, ethical practice. I work from an integrative–relational perspective, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and trauma-informed approaches. This allows space to explore clinical formulation and intervention alongside the therapist’s internal process, nervous system responses and relational dynamics within the work.
I am trained to IFS Level 3 through the official IFS Institute and have worked as a Program Assistant on IFS trainings. I have completed the full three-year Somatic Experiencing training and have undertaken advanced professional training with leading figures in the field, including Janina Fisher, Deb Dana, and Richard Schwartz. My supervisory development is currently informed by training with Robin Shohet, co-developer of the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, supporting the capacity to hold multiple lenses within supervision — client, therapist, relationship, context and wider system.
I previously worked within a trauma-focused clinic on Harley Street alongside my private practice, facilitating psychoeducation and therapeutic groups. My wider clinical background includes work within the NHS, LGBTQ+ specialist services and residential crisis settings. I now work in private practice, supporting individuals and groups.
In supervision, I aim to provide a steady and reflective space where therapists can think clearly about their work while also attending to their own emotional and somatic experience. I am attentive to parallel process, countertransference and the cumulative impact of clinical practice. I see supervision as a place where the therapist is supported to remain resourced, regulated and ethically grounded.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
