Supervision details
I offer relational clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists working with children, young people, and adults, including those in training. My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, with a strong focus on creativity, embodiment, and the relational field.
Supervision with me is a spacious and supportive environment where client work can be explored alongside the personal, emotional and ethical dimensions of practice. I hold particular interest in working with transference and countertransference, body process, and the lived experience of the therapist in the room.
With a background in child and adult therapy, including play therapy and family work, I understand the complexities and emotional demands of working across different developmental stages. I offer space for reflection, regulation, often drawing on metaphor, image, and creative process to deepen insight.
Sessions are shaped by presence, safety, and curiosity, with room for depth, humour, stuckness, and growth.
I offer individual and group supervision in-person (Swansea) and online.
