A Supportive Container for Your Growth

Hi, my name is Elle, and I am an Art Psychotherapist with a blend of person‑centred, psychodynamic, and online training. My supervision style is centred on trust, curiosity and co-creating an environment where you feel safe to explore the good, the tricky, and the “what‑if” moments in your client work.

What You’ll Get

Connnection

We’ll build a trusting relationship right from our first conversation, so you can speak freely about what’s working and what isn’t.

Relational focus

Together we’ll unpack the therapist‑client dynamic, surfacing insights that can transform your sessions.

Practical, real‑world support

From navigating hybrid or fully online work to the nuts‑and‑bolts of setting up a private practice, I’ve walked that path and can share from experience practices to support you succeed and thrive.

Who I Work With

Art therapists, counsellors, and therapists (whether you’re in private practice, an NHS setting, or an educational organisation).
Professionals delivering sessions in‑person, online, or a mix of both.

How We’ll Work Together

I offer a short introductory call during which we can speak about where you’re at and what you need from supervision.

Supervsion sessions with me are tailored to your needs while retaining a robust foundation based on the seven-eyed model (suitable across modalities). As a specialist in creativity and embodiment, I can offer an experiential quality to sessions.

I provide sessions online, either 60 or 90 minutes in length.

One-to-one sessions with me allow a deep dive into client work, including your experience as a therapist. It is my priority to work together to build a strong supervision alliance to help you successfully navigate professional life.

Participating in my monthly creative supervision group supports commitment to a dedicated monthly creative practice, as well as the opportunity to think differently together about the subtleties of client presentation. The closed group format is designed to support the sharing of wisdom and foster peer support in a trusting and safe container.

A Little About Me

With a master's in art therapy, and 13 years of experience which includes working with children, young people, and adults across private practice, the NHS, and the education sector, I am well-placed to provide supervision grounded in real-life experience.

I hold a diploma in supervision and online therapy, and love helping colleagues navigate both the clinical and logistical sides of their work.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
