Supervision details
My experience of receiving clinical supervision over the course of my career has been extremely positive. I have always found supervision to be a non-judgemental, safe space where I am free to grow and develop my clinical skills.
This is what I seek to offer the people I supervise. I want to support them to become the best clinician they can be and to find their own rhythm and way of working whilst still adhering to, and understanding, the underlying theories that guide their clinical decisions and judgements.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
