Supervision details
I am currently training as a clinical supervisor and offer supervision to qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors within the scope of my training and experience.
I am a BACP Accredited counsellor, and I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, placing strong importance on safe, reflective, and ethical practice.
I aim to offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can bring your client work, questions, uncertainties, and reflections knowing you will be met with care, curiosity, and respect.
My approach to supervision is integrative, relational, and collaborative. I understand that being a counsellor can feel both deeply rewarding and challenging at times, and supervision should be a space that supports you as both a practitioner and a person.
I work thoughtfully and transparently, drawing on the seven eyed model alongside my experience as an integrative counsellor. I tailor supervision to your individual needs, experience level, and the way you work, offering both supportive and gentle challenge where helpful.
I place particular value on the supervisory relationship, believing that feeling safe, understood, and able to be open is central to meaningful supervision. My intention is to support you to reflect, grow, and feel more confident and grounded in your clinical work.
My areas of expertise is working within eating disorders /disordered eating, but I also have experience supporting clients with a wide range of other difficulties.
When working with supervisors, I am a neuro-affirming supervisor and trauma informed.
I am also very mindful of the relational dynamics, emotional and ethical demands that can come into play within the counselling field.
I work online/remotely anywhere in the UK, I can offer face to face in Chard Somerset. Both short-term and ongoing supervision agreement can be arranged to best met your needs, which we can tailor to suit you.
A free initial conversation is offered so we can explore your needs and see whether we feel like a good fit.
A reduced rate whilst I am in training, of £25 an hour, with this increasing to £40 for the hour in September 2026.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
