Supervision details
Hi, I’m Reuben, a Person-Centred, Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist (AIMcert, NCPS, PsyC, HS). I also work as a Chrysalis Tutor and Mental Health coach.
I have completed training leading to the BACP and NCPS accredited ‘Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working’.
As a Person-Centred therapist, my approach to Supervision is Supervisee-Centred. My aim in our work together would be that you could bring all of yourself to a supportive, caring, and nurturing environment. In this sense, I offer a collaborative and dynamic working space which is non-judgemental and well informed. This working method enables you to explore self-development and how you might enhance your professional practice through increased self-awareness and confidence.
I can offer you the opportunity to explore the complexities of client work using the ‘Seven Eyed Model of Supervision’. This model is an overarching approach that helps to assess your work from multiple angles, ensuring you are providing the best service to the client. Equally as important, we will look at self-care and explore strategies to help you maintain your health and vitality in your work as a therapist.
Another key aspect of our work together would be how to uphold the highest standards of ethical practice. If you are working for an organisation, we can also look at the impact of their practice methods on you and the client.
The ‘Integrative Development Model’ that I have been trained in means I can work with a range of mental health professionals, coaches as well as people working in health and social care.
If you would like to book an initial consultation, we can explore in more detail how we might work together.
