Supervision details
Welcome to my supervision services, where I offer professional guidance to qualified therapists, counsellors, mental health practitioners and trainees across various modalities.
Based in Nottingham, I provide both in-person and online sessions tailored to your needs.
My session fee is £60 per hour. 1.5 hour sessions are also available or by arrangement for small groups.
Sessions are supervised by a UKCP accredited supervisor to ensure the highest standards of support.
About me:
I began practising therapy in 2017, I am a UKCP accredited Supervisor and Gestalt Psychotherapist in private practice (2020>) and have experience of working with a diverse range of adults in the voluntary sector and private practice.
I am also a trainer and Programme Leader of a Masters level Integrative Psychotherapy training programme. As such, I offer a distinctive skill set that draws upon embodied, creative arts practices, academic supervision and relational psychotherapy, which is grounded in 27 years experience of designing, facilitating and supervising professional, artistic and scholarly projects.
What will supervision be like?
My approach to supervision is co-created, collaborative, and creative, grounded in a relational-developmental framework. I also draw upon Hawkin & Shohet's Seven Eyed Model and Chidiac & Denham‐Vaughan's Relational SOS model.
I believe in fostering an environment where open communication and shared insights lead to meaningful growth. Together, we explore challenges and celebrate successes, ensuring that the supervisory relationship is both supportive and transformative.
My Gestalt training and extensive background in the creative arts informs my approach to practice, specialising in holistic, body-orientated approaches that can help you to understand, express and integrate individual experiences, when talking alone cannot.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
