Supervisor

Supervision details

I believe supervision works best when there is a balance of support and challenge, creating a space where learning, reflection and growth can flourish.

People often describe me as down-to-earth, genuine and approachable, and I aim to bring these qualities into the supervisory relationship.

My supervision practice is grounded in the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision, which allows us to explore not only client work, but also the therapeutic relationship, wider systems, and your own experience as a practitioner. I value supervision as a space for curiosity, reflection and growth, helping you develop greater awareness, confidence and resilience in your work.

I hold a Certificate in Essential Supervision Skills from the British Psychological Society and bring experience from both private practice and my role within a local authority counselling service.

My approach is holistic, recognising that effective supervision supports the whole practitioner, not just the work they do. I aim to provide a safe, respectful and non-judgemental environment where you can openly explore client work, ethical dilemmas, professional challenges, self-care and personal development.

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, I offer a supportive partnership that encourages reflective practice, professional growth and authentic therapeutic work.
