As a qualified integrative counsellor and experienced supervisor, I offer supportive, collaborative supervision tailored to your professional and personal development needs.
I work with qualified counsellors, trainee counsellors, groups, and staff members seeking external supervision. Whether you're in training, newly qualified, or an experienced practitioner, I aim to provide a safe and reflective space where you can explore your client work, deepen your self-awareness, and feel supported in your ongoing development.
My approach to supervision is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model, allowing us to consider multiple perspectives — from the client and supervisee, to the wider systemic and relational context. This model helps create a rich, reflective space where learning and growth naturally unfold.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a blend of modalities including:
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Personal Construct Therapy
- Transactional Analysis
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- The Rewind Technique (for trauma work)
These approaches also inform my supervision style, ensuring that sessions are flexible, responsive, and tailored to your individual way of working.
In addition to my clinical and supervisory work, I have taught counselling at college level for two academic years, supporting trainee counsellors in both theory and practice. This background enriches my ability to support trainees through their development, assignments, and placement experiences.
