In addition to my Counselling Psychotherapy qualifications,  I am also a BACP accredited trained Clinical Supervisor - September 2017.

Supervision was described by the authors Inskipp and Proctor as "A working alliance between two professionals where supervisees offer an account of their work, reflect on it, receive feedback, and receive guidance if appropriate. The object of this alliance is to enable the worker to gain in ethical competency, confidence and creativity, so as to give the best possible service to clients".

Supervision should always be appropriate to your needs and to those of your client/s. I offer you the safe space for this exploration, to review and discuss ongoing work with your clients, caseload, diversity, contracts, goals, strategies, ethical dilemmas, interventions, blocks and observations skills.  In addition to this,  I offer space and support for you to explore your feelings, counter-transference, fears, thoughts, parallel processes and much more.
