Supervision details
With skills in meditation practise, I often find helping clients to relax the nervous system a priority. This is also true for myself and those I supervise.
Often we are blindsided in our client work by our own habit energy and bias. Supervision is a way to help you see past this, and thereby help the client.
I see our work as collegiate, in sense that we are in this together, as well as a little therapy for those being supervised. Our work can take its toll and it can be helpful to have someone to help carry the load and offer some compassion.
With skills in psychodynamics, existential/Buddhist psychology (The First Noble Truth is, there is suffering!), CBT, and affect theory, and a knowledge of other disciplines, I aim to help the supervised and as a result their clients.
Please feel free to drop me a line and set up an introductory free call.
Best wishes
Richard
