UKCP Registered Psychotherapist (CTA) | Relational Clinical Supervisor
About My Supervision Practice:
I provide relational clinical supervision to qualified psychotherapists, counsellors, and trainees in working with individual clients. This can be individually or in a group setting. My practice is conducted exclusively online.
Grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA) and informed by established supervisory models (including the Seven-Eyed Model and Proctor’s Formative, Normative, and Restorative functions), my approach is collaborative, reflective, and identity-affirming. I aim to create a supportive container to balance ethical accountability and skill development with deep restorative care.
Relational Framework:
Relational focus is central to my supervision. We will explore relational patterns, parallel process, countertransference, and the therapeutic alliance within your client work and within our supervisory space.
- Relational Practice: Exploring relational dynamics, attachment, and the therapeutic relationship in depth.
- LGBTQ+ Affirmative Practice: Drawing on my background as Counselling Service Manager at MindOut to offer specialist supervision for work with gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity.
- Trainee & Practitioner Growth: Assisting trainees with hours, casework write-ups, and course reports, as well as supporting qualified therapists with private practice logistics and ethics.
Contracting & Between-Session Support:
Platforms: Secure video sessions via Zoom
Ad-Hoc Support: Reasonable phone/email consultation is available between scheduled sessions for urgent risk, safeguarding, or ethical queries.
Fees, Format & Next Steps:
Format: Online (nationwide)
Individual Supervision: £65 per 60-minute session (arranged monthly or fortnightly to meet UKCP/BACP requirements)
Initial Consultation: I offer an initial 15–20 minute online consultation free of charge to discuss your clinical needs, confirm mutual fit, and review our working contract.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
