Supervision details

A reflective, empowering space for therapists, counsellors and mental health professionals who want supervision that’s honest, relational and clinically robust.

When you’re holding space for others, who’s holding space for you?
Supervision isn’t just a box to tick for your ethical obligations. It’s a professional sanctuary. A pause point. A place to exhale, reflect, recalibrate and stay connected to the heart of your work.

I offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors and mental health professionals, including trainees and newly qualified therapists, who want a collaborative, trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming space where they can think deeply about the work they do, without judgement.

Many of the therapists I work with support neurodivergent clients, explore complex trauma or hold space for identity-based work. Some are rebuilding after burnout. Others are navigating ethical tensions, boundary shifts or the emotional cost of holding clients through heavy material. Some are expanding their private practice and want supervision that is thoughtful, flexible and values professional integrity.

Whatever your modality, client base or stage of professional development, supervision with me is centred on:

Clinical integrity – supporting you to hold ethical, safe and professional practice in line with your values and therapeutic style.
Emotional sustainability – creating a space where you can show up authentically, speak freely and be supported in the emotional realities of therapeutic work.
Professional growth – developing your confidence, deepening your self-awareness and expanding your capacity to work with complexity, trauma and neurodivergence.

Supervision with me is not about performance. It’s about real conversations, safe exploration and mutual respect.

I don’t believe in supervision that feels performative, hierarchical or polished. I want you to bring the sessions that were confusing, heavy or stayed in your body all week. The moments of doubt. The ruptures and repairs. The questions you’re still sitting with. Whether you’re working somatically, relationally, creatively or cognitively, we can hold it together.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be open.

I provide supervision for:
Neurodivergent therapists or those exploring their own identity.
Therapists working with complex trauma, masking, burnout and sensory overwhelm.
Professionals offering therapy to clients navigating late diagnosis, RSD, shutdowns or identity loss.
Practitioners in private practice or in transition.
Therapists working relationally, creatively, somatically or integratively.

What makes my supervision approach different?
Because I’m both a neurodivergent therapist and supervisor, I understand what it means to hold space while masking fatigue, emotional saturation and internalised self-doubt. I hold a strong relational frame, but also tune closely to the nervous system, your pace and your needs.

Whether you want to explore the nuances of the therapeutic relationship, unpack parallel process or simply feel grounded in your work again, this is a space where you’ll be met with empathy, clarity and warmth.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
