Supervision details
It is my intention to make supervision something you look forward to, something that holds and supports you in and out of the therapy room. I welcome anything into our relationship that contributes to your well-being.
As your supervisor I would support you, challenge you, work to understand you and your clients, to be the place you can always use to find solid ground in your practice.
My approach to supervision draws on the seven-eyed process model which tells us how valuable this can be, held within the ethical framework of the NCPS.
In all my work, I believe in working with the uniqueness of each relationship to meet your individual needs, including support, education, guidance and personal process. Supervision with me is suitable for Counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling students or anyone working in helping professions such as social workers, support workers and medical professionals & employers.
