Supervision details
It's my hope to make supervision something you look forward to as well as something useful. I want it to be something that holds and supports both you and your clients, that boosts your confidence in your practice and somewhere you come to reset and recharge.
As a supervisor I support, challenge & educate. I bring all my experience as a counsellor and tutor to give you what you need, whether you're new to counselling or you're an advanced practitioner.
My approach to supervision is informed by the seven-eyed process model which gives my work it's breadth and gives the people I support the opportunity to bring all their needs, all held within the safety of an ethical framework.
In all my work, I believe in working with the uniqueness of each person, to meet your individual needs, including support, education, guidance and personal process. Supervision with me is suitable for Counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling students or anyone working in helping professions such as social workers, support workers and medical professionals & employers.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations.
