Supervision details
I offer supervision either face to face, online or by telephone. I work with counsellors from different geographical locations within the UK and can offer supervision to those working with adults, young people and I have a special interest in supporting trainee counsellors, having been a counselling tutor in the past.
I am currently working in private practice as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor incorporating Person Centred, Gestalt, CBT, IFS, Inner Child and TA theories. The supervision theories I draw on are Hawkins & Shorts Seven Eyed Process Model and Delworth & Stoltenberg's Developmental model. In my private practice, I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and impact of emotional neglect/abuse and narcissism in relationships. I also work young people.
My previous experience includes working as a secondary school counsellor for a local charity; a counsellor in a college of further education and as a counsellor in primary care, delivering short term counselling in GP surgeries. I also have experience as an assistant clinical lead in a counselling organisation commissioned to deliver short term counselling in primary care settings.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation online or by telephone and welcome all enquiries.
