Supervision details
Hi, I’m Katie and I have completed a level 6 supervision qualification which uses the Hawkins and Shophet’s Seven-eyed process model. This model will enable supervisees to further develop their own individual skills and counselling practice.
I understand finding the right supervisor is important, the relationship between you and I is key. I will work alongside you offering guidance and support in an open, honest and non-judgmental space.
My core training is person-centred, and I have experience working with adults and young people in various settings including private practice, schools, colleges, voluntary, youth centres and online who have experienced a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexuality, life changes and low self esteem.
I have done further training to become trauma-informed which was very important to me as I have my own experience with trauma and I also work creatively using my training in person-centred expressive arts therapy.
I strive to create a supervision space in person or online that is warm, creative, collaborative and with gentle challenges which will help you grow and develop your practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
