My areas of most experience includes children and young people. I also work with adults struggling with relationships and mental health. In the past with older adults, people with disabilities, cognitive impairments and neurodiverstiy, such as Autism and Dementia.

My practice is rooted in working with body, creativity and client led. Relationally, transpersonal, integrative.

I have and still do work within organisations and freelance delivering short, medium and long term interventions.

I have regular clinical supervision to support my supervisory practice.

I can offer video/phone sessions as well as socially distanced sessions.

Currently completing Diploma level supervision training with SCPTI Scarborough Counselling Psychotherapy Training Institute - September 2020 - June 2021

As a trainee supervisor I am offering low rate sessions.
