Supervision details
As a Supervisor, I offer you a warm and welcoming space, where you can share your experiences and challenges. My hope is for you to be able to really trust me and feel supported and held in the space that we co-create. I believe good supervision to be one of the main pillars of good therapy, and we will always be holding your clients' best interests at heart. We can meet online or in person monthly for 1.5 hours or twice a month for 1 hour. If another arrangement suits you better - please just ask.
I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and a qualified Clinical Supervisor. Since qualifying in 2018, I have taken further training in Internal Family Systems Therapy and Brainspotting, which is a mindfully focussed processing technique. I have worked as a Counsellor in an GP surgery, private health clinic, and now privately from my home practice. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and practitioner and draw on these learnings in my work, particularly breath work and meditation.
I continue to further my knowledge and experience, keeping up with developments in psychology and neuroscience, as well as pursuing my own personal growth and self-awareness. I am deeply committed to global equality and community and always strive to be best educated and inclusive of the diversity of culture and religion, race, sex and gender, sexuality, age and disability in the world. I warmly welcome any feedback from you on these issues and any others to further improve my services and your experience.
Please reach out to me with any questions you have - I will always get back to you. I offer a free 30 minute consultation by phone or Zoom, where you can get a feel for how we might work together. My Supervision fees are £60/hr or £80 for a 1.5hr session.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
