Supervision details
In supervision sessions, I work with an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, EFIT. (Emotionally focused individual therapy) Transactional Analysis, and elements of Psychodynamic theory.
My aim is to offer you a safe, supportive, and reflective space where we can explore your clinical work and thoughtfully work through any challenges that arise. I aim to create a rich and thoughtful supervision space that supports both clinical development and personal awareness.
I approach supervision in a collaborative and relational way, encouraging openness, honest reflection, and curiosity. I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. I am happy to work with both trainee and qualified therapists.
Sessions of clinical supervision are attended for 1.5 hrs on a regular monthly basis as per the BACP ethical framework for the counselling professions.
My areas of specialism include anxiety, trauma (including all forms of abuse), depression, relationship-related difficulties, (individually & working with couples) and a wide range of other mental health difficulties. I also have experience working with personality disorders, such as narcissistic personality disorder, and supporting individuals who have been affected by narcissistic relationships.
I have been working as a counsellor/psychotherapist since 2018 and have experience across a range of settings, including the charity sector, education, employee assistance programmes, and private practice.
I have experience working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and young people aged 16 and over.
I run a well-established private practice in Kingswinford and offer clinical supervision in person, online, or by telephone to suit different needs and circumstances.
I offer a range of appointment times, including daytime, evening, and morning sessions. Monday - Friday 9:00 -7.00)
My office is wheelchair accessible, with convenient parking and good links to public transport.
I hold a current DBS certificate, am fully insured, and am committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure my practice remains ethical, informed, and up to date.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
