Supervision details
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, and Counselling Psychologist-in-Training (DCPsych, Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University) with over a decade of experience supporting clients, trainees, and fellow practitioners in their therapeutic journey. My practice is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and an appreciation of the complexities that shape both our clients’ lives and our own identities as practitioners.
Alongside my private practice in Fulham, I teach counselling skills up to diploma level, manage a counselling agency, and provide supervision to therapists working in diverse settings. This includes voluntary organisations, churches, schools, and private practice. I bring a wealth of clinical experience with presentations such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, bereavement, addictions, and relational challenges.
As a clinical supervisor, I create a reflective and supportive space where practitioners can safely explore their work, develop confidence, and strengthen their professional identity.
My Approach to Supervision
I work integratively, drawing from models such as the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, the Integrative Developmental Model, and justice-informed frameworks that consider issues of power, privilege, and oppression. I also incorporate elements from CBT, ACT, and systemic perspectives, reflecting my own training and clinical practice.
My supervision style is:
Supportive – providing a safe, holding space to process secondary trauma, emotional impact, and self-care.
Developmental – encouraging growth in clinical skills, confidence, and reflective capacity.
Ethically focused – upholding BACP/UKCP ethical guidelines and supporting supervisees with complex dilemmas.
Culturally responsive – attentive to intersectionality, identity, and the impact of race, culture and social context on client work.
I work with both trainees and qualified practitioners, tailoring supervision to individual needs and level of experience.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
