Supervision details

Trainee Supervisor offering low-cost supervision

I offer a collaborative and reflective supervision space for therapists and trainees who want somewhere thoughtful, supportive and real to bring their work.

As a Counselling Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist currently undertaking a Diploma in Supervision at the Minster Centre, I am offering low-cost supervision while I complete my training. This allows you to access engaged, high-quality supervision at a reduced fee.

My approach is collaborative, relational and embodied.

I see supervision as a shared process of curiosity. We think together about your client work, your responses, and the wider relational dynamics at play. I’m interested not only in what’s happening in the therapy room, but also in what’s happening inside you as the practitioner.

I gently encourage attention to:

  • The therapeutic relationship and relational patterns
  • Emotional and somatic responses as meaningful clinical information
  • Questions of power, difference and identity
  • Ethical practice and safe, boundaried work

Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, respected and able to be honest.

I welcome trainees and qualified therapists from a range of modalities. My integrative background allows flexibility, and I’m comfortable working with complexity, trauma, and relational depth.

If you’re looking for supervision that feels engaged, relational and thoughtfully challenging, I’d be glad to have an initial conversation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited register membership

UK Council for Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
