Supervision details
As a fully qualified supervisor, I offer a supportive and creative process where both of us work collaboratively to safeguard your clients
Optimising your growth through sense and meaning-making with a focus on professional and ethical practice in your work.
Underpinned by humanistic principles with a non-expert stance to encourage your understanding and development.
I have over a decade's experience as a practitioner with extensive training and CPD during this time. I have a busy fully booked private practice where I offer therapy to adults (18+) and see them face to face, online, phone sessions and walk/talk therapy. I offer supervision in any of these contexts.
Many of us have educational trauma in our histories, and I feel it is important to pay attention to your experiences that inform your development. I aim to de-shame supervision and equalise the power dynamic between us.
This will help us to understand any blocks which may impede our supervision work and in turn, your client work.
I work relationally considering parallel processes which deepens our understanding of our client relationships.
I am interested in your identity, modality and skills. Where you are in your therapy career, where your clients are in their therapeutic journey and the process and context of these relationships.
Supervision can be thought provoking, daunting, fun, encouraging, open, challenging, invigorating, flourishing, messy and playful....and more.
With my open attitude and collaborative approach, I anticipate that you will experience great learning alongside personal and professional growth.
Previously to my counselling training, I worked at a website agency for many years. I have a broad understanding of websites, social media marketing and SEO. So if you have a need for some valuable insights about this, feel free to let me know.
Initial Contact and First Session
I offer a free 30 minute informal conversation for us to see if we could be a good fit for supervisory work.
Formal contracting would then be undertaken in a first session once we agree to work together.
Please note - I will have availability from August 2025 to take on any new supervisees.
