Supervision details
I am an experienced clinical supervisor in the NHS and private sectors. I regularly supervise qualified Clinical Psychologists and other mental health professionals who are undertaking psychological work. My supervision style is integrative. I am drawn towards systemic ways of working but am well versed in CBT and Psychodynamic models. I am collaborative and reflective in my approach. I have over 9 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor for most of the London Clinical Psychology doctoral training courses including UCL, UEL, Surrey and Royal Holloway universities. I offer a safe, reflective space to think with you about your work and to help develop you as a therapist.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
