I have many years' experience of providing clinical supervision to other qualified clinical and counselling psychologists, trainee psychologists and other mental health professionals. The main models of therapy that I provide supervision for are CBT and Mindfulness based approaches including ACT and Compassion Focussed Therapy. 

As a Principal Psychologist in a large NHS community mental health team, I have experience of working with a wide range of presenting difficulties.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

Video (Zoom/Skype) and phone sessions available at flexible times. These can work well as a means of providing psychological support.
