Supervision details
I am offering a new online supervision group for four therapists monthly on Thursdays starting on 29 January. The group will run for 2 hours. The cost for each group per therapist is a reduced rate of £25 whilst I complete my Diploma in Transpersonal Supervision.
My aim with this group is to offer a warm, supportive and safe space for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists of all backgrounds. My experience of good supervision has involved safety, community, healthy challenge, space to reflect, and space to alchemise individually and through the group process. If this calls you please get in touch!
As a supervisor, I use a transpersonal model to look at and support supervisees and their work, and explore the field around us all. I hold a Certificate in Supervision from www.revision.org.uk and am currently undertaking their Diploma in Supervision with Soul.
I bring my experience of working therapeutically, with 1:1 clients and groups, in many settings including women's prisons, substance misuse, chronic physical illness, NHS, private healthcare, university, private practice, and psychedelic therapy. I currently co-run an NHS specialist counselling service for renal patients, and work in psychedelic therapy research trials.
As a counsellor, I have a core training in psychodynamic and person-centred counselling. I work integratively with other models, approaches and methods including: Transpersonal, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis (TA), CBT techniques, stress management, selfcare tools, alcohol/substance misuse management and recovery, resilience-building techniques, motivational interviewing, nature therapy, trauma work. I am an Accredited member of BACP (BACPAccred).
I also work in the psychedelic therapy space as a research therapist and integration circle facilitator. I am a professional member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy (IPT).

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
