Supervision details

I offer clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee therapists working within CBT, EMDR, and integrative frameworks. My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and supportive, creating a space where you can explore your clinical work, develop your skills, and grow in confidence as a practitioner.

I have extensive experience treating a broad range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, OCD, and relationship difficulties. I bring particular expertise in working with complex trauma and childhood adversity, which I can draw upon in supporting your client work.

My supervision practice is guided by the ethical and professional standards of the BABCP and the EMDR Association UK & Ireland. I tailor my supervision to your individual needs, experience level, and theoretical orientation, ensuring it is both challenging and nurturing.

Who I supervise: Trainee therapists, newly qualified practitioners, and experienced clinicians seeking specialist supervision in CBT or EMDR.

Format: In-person at my Bristol or Cardiff practice, or remotely via video call.
