Supervision details
Clinical Supervision/Professional Development/Mentoring for those working with children and young people: I am a BAPT approved supervisor and offer supervision sessions to professionals working with children to help them reflect on their practice and explore the work they are engaged in. Or, it may be that you would like some one-off professional development sessions or mentor sessions for particular cases you are working with as an addition to the clinical supervision you already receive. I have undertaken Clinical Supervision training by BAPT (British Association of Play Therapists. www.bapt.info), and often use creative techniques and interventions as part of the sessions I offer to adults who are exploring their work with children and young people. Having worked with children and young people for many years, and being specifically trained in offering therapy to them, I offer a wide variety of ideas, techniques, activities and strategies that may be helpful your direct work with your younger clients.I have offered supervision since 2010 to trained therapists, student therapists, and to counsellors and other professionals who work with children and young people. Sessions are £40 per hour. I offer a free introductory session so that we can explore together whether it is appropriate, and that we both feel comfortable, to work together. Please feel free to contact me by email or phone if there's anything you'd like to discuss further. I do offer supervisions by Skype, as an alternative to face-to-face supervision, if distance is an issue.

The British Association of Play Therapists was founded in 1992 by a group of now respected practitioners who introduced and pioneered Play Therapy within Britain. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
