Supervision details
I can provide supervision to trainees Counselling and Clinical Psychologists, Counselling/Clinical Psychologists and other qualified psychologists and therapists. I completed the full Supervision Skills Training (Part 1 to 4) delivered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and supervised trainees and qualified Psychologists for a number of years. I can offer face-to-face supervision in both English and Italian languages.Telephone and online supervision can be available upon request. My therapeutic orientation is Integrative and Relational. Particularly I have specialist understanding and working knowledge of a variety of models of psychological therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic (brief and long term), Person-Centred therapy. Overall I have gained a comprehensive relational approach to the frameworks under which these models apply and I can integrate these models according to my clients’ and supervisees’ needs.
British Psychological Society
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
