Supervision details

I offer supervision as a relational, embodied, and reflective space where therapists and practitioners can bring the fullness of their clinical work, inner process, uncertainty, creativity, and becoming.

My approach to supervision is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and deep listening. I am interested not only in what happens between practitioner and client, but also in the wider relational, cultural, somatic, ecological, and unconscious processes that shape therapeutic work. Together, we explore the visible and invisible dynamics present within the therapeutic relationship, attending to body, imagination, emotion, nervous system responses, symbolism, resonance, and the stories that emerge within and between us.

For me, supervision is not only somewhere we come to think about the work, but somewhere we come into deeper relationship with it. I see supervision as a living, breathing, relational, and creative process; somewhere we can listen closely to what is unfolding within the work, within ourselves, and within the spaces between. I value supervision as somewhere practitioners can reconnect with their instincts, deepen self-trust, and explore relational patterns.

My orientation is informed by somatic psychotherapy, parts work, eco-psychology and depth-oriented approaches. I work in an experiential and embodied way, which may include creative exploration, imagery, movement, metaphor, mindful awareness, attention to bodily process, and reflective dialogue. I am interested in how creativity and embodiment can support deeper understanding, integration, and relational awareness within clinical practice.

I hold awareness of the impact therapeutic work can have on practitioners emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually, particularly within the conditions of modern life and systems that can contribute to burnout, disconnection, overwhelm, and over-responsibility. Supervision can offer a space to slow down, metabolise experience, and remain connected to yourself alongside your care for others.

I welcome practitioners who are interested in relational, embodied, creative, trauma-informed, ecological, depth-oriented, and integrative ways of working, as well as those exploring questions of identity, authenticity, belonging, power, intersectionality and the wider systems that shape therapeutic practice.

I will begin Creative Clinical Supervision Training with ReLight in September 2026, a training grounded in embodiment, creativity, relational practice, ethics, reflective inquiry, and the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision. As part of this training, I will be offering low-cost supervision while completing my supervised supervision hours. All sessions will be on my Willow pathway which is £50 for an hour long session.

My practice is supported through regular supervision, ongoing learning, peer collaboration, and a commitment to remaining in relationship with my own unfolding process as both practitioner and human being.

If this way of working resonates, you are warmly welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
