Supervision details
I offer clinical supervision to trainees and experienced colleagues (psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches and counsellors) who want to further the quality of their services and improve their personal competence. Initially, we work towards a contract that reflects expectations based on your clinical needs, clarifies responsibilities, and states practicalities, such as frequency and duration, boundaries and feedback format. I use techniques that help me understand your learning style to adapt my supervisory approach to you for more effective outcomes. Our work together is based on trust, respect, integrity and competence to promote ethical professional practice.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
