Supervision details
As a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist with 15 years experience working specifically in CBT, I offer both 1:1 and group supervision to qualified professionals and trainee therapists.
I have experience of supervising trainee CBT/HI Therapists at Coventry University and Birmingham University, along with providing Clinical Skills Supervision to trainee PWP's at Northampton and Derby Universities. I have 21 years clinical experience, with a background working in forensic services, substance misuse and more recently primary care mental health.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
