Supervision details
As a clinical supervisor I am able to offer a space to discuss and explore client cases, add an additional perspective, act as support and advisor to you and to ensure your well-being as a therapist/practitioner. I recognise the importance of clinical supervision for all mental health practitioners and am experienced in providing clinical supervision to trainee psychologists, psychologists and counsellors. My work is informed mainly by cognitive-behavioural therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy, which I tend to integrate using interpersonal theory. British Psychological Society
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
