Supervision details
Many colleagues are now working online for the first time. I have offered online sessions for several years and have experience with making sure privacy and data protection requirements meet industry standards. Get in touch to discuss your needs. Supervision is not only a best practice requirement, it is also an important way to maintain your own well being and an opportunity to share your practice, celebrate success and review opportunities for learning in a supportive and nourishing environment. I find giving supervision, stimulating, rewarding, and growthful. I work collaboratively creating a climate of mutual trust for exploring work in depth, enabling professional growth. One of my areas of focus is practitioner well-being and work/life balance. My core training is integrative, building relationship and using this as a basis for interventions from different theoretical approaches. My working frame includes Person Centred Approaches, Gestalt, Sub-Personality work, CBT, Mindfulness and Ecotherapy. I hold a professional diploma in supervision and bring my experience as a therapist and trainer of counselling students, you bring your own expertise and knowledge; together we can create a shared space for learning and support. If you are a practicing therapist or other professional interested in supervision with me, please do get in touch for an informal discussion. Sessions are £50.00 per hour. I offer a discount for students in training. Face to face, online and outdoor sessions
