I have experience supervising counsellors in private practice, schools counsellors, students as well as those working in voluntary health care settings. Having completed the Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision I can offer you a space to reflect, explore your practice, focus on theory and how to develop and move forward as a counsellor. It is important that you feel comfortable working with me in a supportive and trusting relationship so I encourage you to contact me for more information.

The BACP Ethical Framework defines supervision as:

"A specialised form of mentoring provided for practitioners responsible for undertaking challenging work with people. Supervision is provided to ensure standards, enhance quality, advance learning, stimulate creativity, and support the sustainability and resilience of the work being undertaken."

I use an integrative approach to facilitate your learning and reflection and am happy to meet with you to discuss your views on supervision and for us to decide if we could work together.

Supervision is available on an individual basis for counsellors, pastors or others who work in caring professions.

Please contact me to discuss rates if you are interested in facilitated group counselling.

If you would like to contact me please do so by phone or email.

Thank you

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
