Supervision details
Finding the right supervisor can be as daunting as finding the right counsellor. As it is an important relationship, I offer a free, no obligation initial meeting or phone call up to 30 minutes where we can decide whether we would be a good fit for each other.
I have a Certificate in Clinical Supervision from the SPC Online Training Academy and offer an Integrative approach pulling together aspects from the 7 eyed model as well as the Cyclical model of supervision. This provides a holistic framework where consideration is given to all aspects of the relationship dynamic between myself, you, your clients as well as keeping an overview of the wider contexts within which we work.
I have worked in private practice as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist from my home for 10 years with children from aged 6 using therapeutic play, teenagers, young adults, adults and couples. My original training was humanistic but I have added other knowledge and skills along the way including creative methods and would now hope to work with you to provide a skilled and professional service to your clients. At the same time, we can work together to enhance our mutual learning and professional development.
I work with both experienced counsellors and trainees and can work online or face to face to suit your needs and requirements.
Fees are £50 per hour but concessionary rates are available for trainees.
