I am an accredited supervisor within the code of Baat (British Association of art Psychotherapists).

I have 5 years post qualification experience, working individually and in groups with children from age 5 to 18 years with complex difficulties ranging from experiences of trauma and abuse, diagnoses of autism and learning difficulties, bereavement and loss, depression as well as other difficulties.

I work with adult survivors of abuse of various descriptions, symptoms of post traumatic stress and personality disorder within a mentalisation framework. My background before training was in adult mental health and personality disorder.

My approach is within a psychodynamic framework so compatible with many counselling approaches, except person centred.

Please feel able to contact me for a fuller discussion or to meet for a 'trial' supervision without commitment to see if we can usefully work together.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
